In-Home Pet Euthanasia & Aftercare
At Dr. Pilla's practice, we are dedicated to providing a compassionate and gentle approach to in-home sedation euthanasia, ensuring that your beloved pets' final moments are filled with the utmost dignity and respect. In addition to our euthanasia services, we offer comprehensive aftercare options that include reliable cremation and burial services. We proudly work in partnership with Pet Angel Memorial, a respected crematory located in Jacksonville, FL to ensure that your pet is treated with care and trust throughout the process. You have the option to either receive your pet's cremains or choose a serene burial at sea, where their remains can be lovingly incorporated into a beautiful coral reef located in Clearwater, FL.
In addition to our compassionate services, we offer a selection of Memorial Keepsakes to honor your beloved pet's memory These include clay pawprints and fur clippings, as well as handmade jewelry that incorporates your precious pet's fur, all lovingly crafted by Dr. Pilla herself. These keepsakes provide a meaningful way for to cherish the special bond you shared with your beloved pet.
In-Home Hospice Care
When your pet is not ready for euthanasia and still has the ability to perform basic daily functions in their routine however treatment at the traditional clinic is not suitable for them, in-home hospice care for pain management, fluid support and tailored nutritional needs may be appropriate for their unique situation. Dr. Pilla will come and assess your pet and determine what the next steps should be to keep them as comfortable and pain free as they live their twilight years in the comfort of their home surrounded by the family that loves them
Wellness Visits
Welcome to our Home Wellness Visits for your pets! Our comprehensive services include Physical Exams, Vaccines, and laboratory testing through Antech, a leading veterinary diagnostic laboratory. Each house call visit includes a thorough physical examination by the vet with consultation on vaccines & nutritional counseling all tailored to the lifestyle of your pet. Dr. Pilla prioritizes your pets health by through preventative care and when necessary, offers lab testing where their health is screened. Additionally, we offer prescription diets and medication refills, through our partnership with VetSource, a reliable online pharmacy managed by veterinarians for optimal safety and care.
